What to Expect

• Recording Duration: 45-60 minutes

Recording Platform

• We use Adobe Podcast for crystal-clear audio & video quality

• It’s a browser-based recording, make sure you have the latest version of Chrome installed  

• No phone recording - the software works on desktop or laptop 

• Right before our session, you'll receive an email invite with a recording link

• Simply click the link, create a quick account, and enter our "recording studio"

Audio Requirements

• Headphones are strongly recommended - prevents echo and ensures professional sound quality

• Test your headphones beforehand to ensure they're working

Your Recording Space

• Choose your quietest location (home office, bedroom, or studio)

• Minimize background noise - avoid kitchens or high-traffic areas

• Close doors and windows if possible

• Give household members a heads-up about your recording time

Device Preparation

• Once in the ‘recording studio’  and we’ve established contact close email and messaging apps

• Turn off phone notifications or place phone in another room

• Quit applications that generate alerts or sounds

• Ensure stable internet connection

Day-of-Recording Checklist

30 minutes before
